Another ingredient that protects the body against oxidative stress is zinc - given in a completely safe, hypoallergenic and easily digestible form of an chelate compound with amino acids.
This element is part of a large number of important enzymes - including superoxide dismutase, which is one of the systems that protect our body against free radicals. Magnesium contributes to the proper functioning of muscles, nerve conduction and reducing the feeling of fatigue. Calcium is the basic mineral component of bone tissue, it plays an important role in maintaining nerve transmission and contributes to the proper course of the blood coagulation process.
The citric acid residue contained in magnesium and calcium salts supports the body's buffer systems. How to use
Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet a day. Dissolve 1 serving (1 tablet) in 150 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
