Ingredients: Cherry fruit extract (Prunus cerasus) 24%, tansy stem and leaves extract (Tanacetum parthenium) 24%, L-tryptophan 20.6%, capsule shell [gelatin , glazing agent (shellac), dye (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulators (ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide)], bulking agent (calcium phosphates), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids). Possible presence of milk, eggs, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulfur dioxide of nuts.

Dosage
Take one serving (2 capsules) once a day, about an hour before going to bed. Drink plenty of water. Do not use for more than a week!
