How to use
Carbohydrate loading – Start loading 3 days before the competition, drink 2 servings of Vitargo between meals during the day. Keep your diet the same, don't overeat.
Team sports – drink 1 serving of Vitargo the day before the match. 1 serving of Vitargo is equal to 3 servings of cooked pasta!
During exercise - 1 serving of Vitargo consumed during exercise.
Contraindications
