Recommended use
Mix one serving (65g = approx. 2 flat scoops = approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of the product with 450 ml of water, preferably using a shaker.
On workout days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training.
On non-workout days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
