Directions for use
Measure a portion of Isostar powder with a measuring cap (up to the 0.5 l mark). Pour the contents into a container (e.g. a bottle) and pour in 0.5 l of water. For best results, drink 150-250 ml every 15-20 minutes before and during physical exercise. For better regeneration, also drink Isostar after exercise.
