Ingredients
L-tryptophan, vegetable cellulose, stearic acid. It does not contain allergens: wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans or wood nuts.
Usage
Take 2 capsules daily - the first on an empty stomach, the second before bedtime.
Contraindications
It is not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
