Collagen hydrolyzate means that the collagen protein has been subjected to a process called hydrolysis. This resulted in the breakdown of collagen molecules into collagen peptides, which are easier to absorb in the intestines and better absorbed by the body. How to use
Dissolve one portion (1 portion = 1 measuring spoon) in a small amount of water, then add an additional 200-250 ml of water to the solution. Drink on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before a meal.
