Directions for use
Consume 1 capsule once a day during a meal. It is best taken in the evening, approximately 30-60 minutes before bedtime. After taking the capsule, avoid exposure to blue light (screens), which can disrupt natural melatonin production. Do not use concurrently with other sleep aids without consulting a doctor.
Contraindications
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is intended for adults and must not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use for longer than 12 weeks.
