Optimal composition of hydroxy-methyl-butyrate (HMB), arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) and tri-creatine malate (TRCRM).
Consumption of creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity, repeated exercise bouts (effect obtained for the consumption of 3 g of creatine daily).

Dosage:
Recommended use: 1 dose (4 capsules) once - twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.
