How to use

Mix one serving of powder (2x12.5g = 2x1 level scoop) twice with 2x200ml of cold water in a shaker. The drink will become slightly carbonated, so open the lid of the bottle while mixing every 5 seconds to avoid accidental pressure build-up! Consume 1 serving 30 minutes before and 1 serving during training.

Contraindications

Pregnant women, nursing mothers and people who are allergic to any of the ingredients of this product should not use it. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Due to its strong stimulating properties, it is not recommended to use less than 4 hours before bedtime.
