How to use
1. In the microwave oven. Puncture or remove the foil of the tray and place in the oven. Heat (850W) for 2 minutes.
2. In a dish of water. Place the sealed tray in a pot of boiling water, heat for 10 min.
3. In a pan or pot: Heat the contents of the tray in the pot for 10 min.
