This pre-trainer from Olimp contains two forms of creatine. It also contains caffeine, which has a positive effect, NO boosters (AAKG and citrulline in the form of malate), and beta-alanine. Usage
1 serving (6 g) 3 times a day, dissolve in 100 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation, about 30 minutes before training.
