Ingredients: instant whey protein concentrate 96% [whey protein concentrate (from milk), emulsifier: lecithin (from soy)], aromas, white chocolate powder (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder), salt, powder beet juice concentrate (maltodextrins, beet juice concentrate, acid: citric acid), sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides; thickener: xanthan gum; Bromelain from pineapple (Ananas comosus), papain from papaya (Carica papaya). The product may contain: crustaceans, eggs, fish, celery, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten and sulfur dioxide.

Usage
Take 1.5 scoops (30 g of powder) once a day, dissolve in 150 ml - 200 ml of water or milk. It should be eaten immediately after preparation. Eat in the morning, between meals or after training.
