It leads to a reduction in heart disease and the risk of atherosclerosis. Rosehip contains a large dose of vitamin C, which is responsible for a well-functioning immune system. It also increases the absorption of iron, which is very important to maintain the correct amount of red blood cells in the body. Grapefruit is a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin A, B vitamins, and beta-carotene. It helps to lower cholesterol in the body, regulates blood pressure and strengthens immunity.
