Dietary supplement Scitec 100% Casein Complex is a composition consisting of mineral casein and calcium caseinate. These proteins are characterized by a slow absorption time. Thanks to this they guarantee a constant access of amino acids, which can last up to 8 hours! In addition, casein shows anti-catabolic at a much higher level than proteins digested faster. It is also worth noting that casein has a high concentration of branched chain amino acids BCAA and l-glutamine, which is the basic amino acid used to build muscle mass.
