Dietary supplement in the form of capsules from the SOLGAR brand. Its composition is based on vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxine hydrochloride. Vitamin B6 is especially important for the production of hemoglobin, a protein found in red blood cells. Too low levels of this vitamin can contribute to the development of anemia, malaise, fatigue, cardiac tachycardia and problems with concentration. It affects the regulation of cysteine levels, which may lead to the development of atherosclerosis.

Vitamin B6 also has a beneficial effect on the nervous system, as it participates in the synthesis of serotonin and adrenaline. It also turns out to be necessary for maintaining the proper functioning of the circulatory system, blood pressure level and proper heart function. The preparation has a positive effect on the immune system, reducing the risk of developing an infection.
