Usage
It is advisable to take 1 to 2 shakers a day, in the morning after waking up or just after training. (1 Shaker = 2 scoops = 40 g of powder). To prepare a whey shaker: Take an empty shaker bottle. Pour in 250 ml of water or milk if you really don't like it with water. Add 2 scoops of Pure Whey and place the mixing ball in a shaker or shaker rack. Remember to close it tightly, shake it vigorously for a few seconds, taste it and take care of your muscles.
Contraindications
It is not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute (replacement) for a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
