It is a great alternative to protein supplements based on milk whey, which contain large amounts of lactose.

Usage
Dissolve the recommended portion of 30 g (1.5 scoops) in water or your favorite plant drink (e.g. almond, oat). The product should be used adequately to the protein needs, from 1 to 2 servings a day. Drinking SOYA PRO after training significantly speeds up recovery.
