Usage:
It is best to use 1-3 servings a day - especially before bedtime and after waking up, as well as between meals and after training. Dissolve 1 portion (35 g - 90 units = 3 measuring cups or 6 flat tablespoons) in °100 ml of water.
Contraindications
It is not recommended for use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people allergic to any of the product's ingredients. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute (replacement) of a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
