How to use
Tasteless and flavored green apple: The recommended dose is 5 g (1 scoop), mixed with 200 ml of water, twice a day. On training days, we recommend consuming 5g one hour before training and 5g immediately after training. On non-training days: 5-10 g of L-Glutamine before bedtime.
Lemon-lime flavor: Mix the recommended dose of 7 g (1 scoop) in 250 ml of water. Consume twice a day. The daily dose should not exceed 20 g. For athletes over 100 kg, the daily dose should not exceed 40 g.
