How to use
Mix 1 portion of the product with 60 ml of water, stir briefly with a fork or a whisk, do not mix for too long, the dough should be lumpy, not perfectly smooth. Don't blend! Set aside for 2 minutes to thicken. Pour the batter in portions onto a pan greased with cooking spray. From 1 portion you will prepare 1 large crepes or 2-3 smaller pancakes. Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden - flip to the other side when bubbles start to appear on the surface of the fried pancake.
