A protein complex based on a protein isolate affects the construction and growth of muscle mass, its regeneration and inhibits catabolic processes. Usage:
Dissolve one portion of 100 g (2 scoops) in 300 - 400 ml of skim milk or water. Consume 1-2 times a day depending on your needs. On training days, we recommend taking 1 serving immediately after physical activity, and a second serving during the day. On non-training days, we recommend taking 1 serving a day as an additional meal.
Contraindications
It is not recommended for use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, as well as people allergic to any of the product's ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
