Ingredients:Tricreatine malate (68%); capsule shell [gelatin; dye (iron oxides and hydroxides), [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), dye (iron oxides and hydroxides), inosine (10%), alpha-lipoic acid (3%), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). The product may contain : milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.
How to use
Single portion of the product - 3 capsules - drink 300 ml of water. Use 3 portions a day, about 30 minutes before a meal.
