Usage
A single portion of the product, 3 g (0.5 scoops) should be dissolved in 300 ml of water or juice. It is recommended to use 2 servings a day. On training days, consume the first portion 30 minutes before training, the second portion immediately after training. On non-training days, take the first serving in the morning after waking up and the second serving before going to bed. Do not use for more than 4 weeks.
Contraindications
It is not recommended for use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people allergic to any of the product's ingredients. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute (replacement) of a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
