Usage
Dissolve one portion of the product (30 g) in 300 ml of water or milk using a shaker or mixer. Use 3 servings a day. On training days consume the 1st serving in the morning after waking up, the 2nd serving within 1.5 hours. after training and the third serving before bedtime. And on non-workout days 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals and 3rd serving before going to bed.
