How to use:
The preparation is consumed in the form of a drink depending on the needs of the body or the sports discipline being trained. Hypertonic solution - most often used after exercise to replenish and increase the body's energy reserves. To prepare a hypertonic solution, dissolve 30g of the preparation in 200 ml of chilled water (e.g. 60g in 400 ml of water). Isotonic solution - intended for immediate replenishment of energy and water-electrolyte losses occurring during exercise. To prepare an isotonic solution, dissolve 20g of the preparation in 200 ml of chilled water (e.g. 60g in 600 ml of water).
Contraindications
It is not recommended for use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people allergic to any of the product's ingredients. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
