TREC Ashwagandha Ultra is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules, containing Ashwagandha root extract with adaptogenic properties. Withania Ospała (Ashwagandha) comes mainly from India, where it has been valued for many centuries, especially its root and fruit. Ashwagandha owes its action to two groups of compounds: withanolides and glycowithanolides. The product has an adaptogenic effect, thanks to which it supports vital forces, reduces the excessive effects of stress and improves the psychophysical condition. It reduces the feeling of fatigue, increases physical endurance, and also has a beneficial effect on the functioning of the nervous system. Witania Ospała is particularly recommended as a means of reducing disorders resulting from excessive stress, while increasing resistance to stressful situations. It relieves insomnia, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue and lack of energy.

Additionally, it is a rich source of iron and stimulates the immune system well, especially in the autumn and winter. How to use

Take a single serving of the product - 1/4 tablet - drink 250 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily with a meal.
