How to use
Dissolve a single serving of the preparation 5 g (1 scoop) in 250 ml of water or juice. Take 2 servings a day.
On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training, 2nd serving immediately after training.
On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving before going to bed.
