Thanks to their high protein content, these snacks are perfect as a supplement to the diet of physically active people, helping to regenerate muscles and build muscle tissue. Additionally, carbohydrates provide the energy necessary for effective training, while healthy fats support the proper functioning of the body.
Each bar provides as many as 5 vitamins: vitamin E, B1, B6, B9, niacin and minerals: calcium and potassium.
