Ingredients: Whey protein concentrate 19.5% (contains sunflower lecithin and anti-caking agent calcium phosphate), milk protein isolate 19.5%, rice flour, buckwheat flour, egg white powder, milk full powder, xylitol sweetener, acacia gum mixture and gluten-free wheat fiber, inulin, aroma, sodium bicarbonate raising agent, silicon dioxide anti-caking agent, sodium chloride, beta-carotene dye.

How to use

Mix a 50g portion (2.5 scoops) thoroughly in 100 ml of water until a smooth dough is formed. Then fry the pancakes on both sides in a heated frying pan. Serve warm. Once opened, store below 25°C and use within 2 months.
