It strengthens the immune system, reducing the risk of developing infections, flu and colds.

As a powerful antioxidant, vitamin C neutralizes the negative effects of free radicals on the body's cells and tissues. Participates in the production of collagen, which is necessary for the maintenance of healthy skin, cartilage, bones and blood vessels.
