How to use
(1 serving = 3/4 scoop (27 g). Mix 1 dose (27 g = 3/4 scoop) of Anabolic Iso+Hydro powder with 250 ml of cold water daily. On training days, take one serving after training. On rest days, take one serving at any time during the day.
