How to use
It is recommended to drink Hydrate & Perform during warm-up (150 to 300 ml) and regularly during and after exercise (150 ml every 15 minutes). Perfect for intense or long-lasting exercise and recommended for sports in hot climates.
Preparation method: For every 500 ml of water, add 40 g of powder (3 scoops) and mix thoroughly.
