How to use
Mix a dose of 45 g in 200 ml of water and after a minute you can consume it immediately after training. The next dose can be taken at any time during the day, at least 60 minutes apart from your normal diet. The maximum daily dose is 2 servings. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
