How to use
Shake a 40 g dose vigorously in a shaker with 250 ml of water or milk until it thickens. Based on your daily protein requirement, consume 1-2 servings daily, between meals. Maximum 2 servings per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. After opening, the product is intended for direct consumption.
