Usage
Take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules at noon (approximately 30 minutes before meals). Drink with plenty of water. It is not recommended to take it before bedtime. The product is intended for regular use for 3 weeks, followed by a 1-week break, then another 3 weeks of use. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
