Dietary supplement 6PAK Carbo Pak 1000 g is a carbohydrate supplement that increases glucose reserves in muscle cells and maintains an even level long after its consumption. The product is composed of carbohydrates, they are the most important substrate consumed by our body. For the brain, carbohydrates are the only source of energy that it absorbs. Likewise, the energy obtained from carbohydrates is used by muscle tissue, liver, heart, kidneys and intestines. The carbohydrate supplement will be used by athletes who perform long-term and frequent training, during which the energy level in the muscles decreases. After consuming it, the appropriate level of glycogen returns, which should make it easier to continue training. How to use
