ACTIVLAB BCAA 1000 XXL 120 kaps

BCAA 1000 XXL Tabs contains the branch-chained amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine). BCAA constitute about 35% of exogenous amino acids necessary to build the muscle protein and nearly 50% of the amino acids that must be supplied with food. BCAA 1000 XXL Tabs supplement is recommended during any excessive physical eort, in particular to
sportsmen pursuing various sport disciplines, as a dietary supplement improving overall quality of strength training and regular recreation.

Ingredients:

L-leucine, L-valine, L- isoleucine, bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose, cornstarch, gelatine, anticaking agent - silicon dioxide. Product may contain trace amounts of soya bean, wheat and nuts. Content of one package: 120 tablets, One tablet weight: 1400 mg.

Dosage:

1) Recreational training: 1 tablet in the morning 40 min before a meal, 2 tablets before the training, 2 tablets after the training and 1 tablet before going to bed, 2) during the strength training: on average 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight - in 4 divided doses.

Expiration date: minimum 6 months!
