ALE Race Isotonic Drink is a carbohydrate drink in the form of a powder that dissolves in water. The product is available in three delicious and refreshing flavors: lemon, apple, raspberry. It is enriched with the most important electrolytes and provides us with a high-quality, diverse mixture of carbohydrates in one portion (30 g). During very intense exercise, the body needs to replenish specific ingredients that were lost during training, and water alone will not provide all of them. In each serving we get 460 mg of sodium, 320 mg of potassium, 120 mg of calcium and 40 mg of magnesium.
When performing intense physical exercise, we lose valuable electrolytes, and the ALE Race Isotonic Drink product helps us replenish them. The preparation replenishes the lost ingredients and mineral salts in our body, thanks to which we will not dehydrate the body. How to use
Dissolve 1.5 scoops of ALE RACE in 650 ml of water. Consume one portion of the drink (650 ml) every 30-60 minutes of physical activity, depending on fluid loss.
