How to use

One serving - 30 g should be dissolved in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Depending on the needs, use 2-3 servings a day. On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving up to 1.5 hours. after training and the third serving before bedtime. On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals and 3rd serving before going to bed.
