What is the composition of MASS XXL?
MASS XXL was developed on the basis of high-quality 80% whey protein concentrate and carefully selected mono-, oligo- and polysaccharides. The whey protein used to produce MASS XXL is characterized by the highest biological value, the maximum concentration of BCAA amino acids and glutamine (substances that determine the anabolic effect). Properly selected proportions of carbohydrates with different glycogenic indexes ensure an even supply of the necessary calories. The preparation has been additionally enriched with vitamins necessary for the proper transformation of proteins and carbohydrates in the body.

How to use
The recommended daily dose is approximately 150g - 280g.
The preparation should be used preferably in divided doses 3 - 4 times a day, 50g - 70g of the preparation. Mix a single portion thoroughly with 250 ml of milk or water using a shaker or mixer (one tablespoon is approximately 15 g of the preparation). On training days: One serving is recommended 1.5 hours before training, the other up to 0.5 hour after training. The remaining portions are best consumed between meals. On non-training days: 3 - 4 times a day between meals.
Contraindications
It is not recommended for use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people allergic to any of the product's ingredients. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage
Store in a dry and dark place out of the reach of small children.
