Directions for use
Dissolve a single serving of the product - 10 g (2 scoops) - in 300 ml of water, using a shaker or mixer. Take 2 servings daily.
On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training, 2nd serving after training.
On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between main meals.
Contraindications
Not recommended for use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people allergic to any of the product's ingredients. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
