Directions for use
Take a single serving of the preparation - 2 capsules - with 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily.
On training days: 2 capsules 30 min. before training, 2 capsules immediately after training.
On non-training days: 2 capsules 30 min. before the first meal, 2 capsules before bed.
