How to use
Single portion of the preparation - 1 ml (30 drops) dissolve in 100 ml of water or juice. Use 3 portions a day.
On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving immediately after training, 3rd serving before going to bed.
On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving before going to bed.
