How to use
Pour two scoops (22 g) into a shaker and add 500 ml of water, mix briefly. Consume 10–15 minutes before training.
Contraindications
Not recommended for use by children and pregnant women (contains 200 mg of caffeine in a daily portion). Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product. Do not exceed the daily dose of 800 mg (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Do not consume other green tea products on the same day. It should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. Do not consume on an empty stomach.
