How to use
Recommended daily serving: 10 ml 2 times a day, about 30 minutes before training. To measure the portion (10 ml), use the measuring cup included with the product. Shake before use. After opening, store in a refrigerator, in a tightly closed container and consume within 72 hours.
Contraindications
The dietary supplement contains caffeine and is not recommended for children and pregnant women (caffeine content in a daily portion of 20 ml is 193 mg). It should also not be used by breastfeeding women, people with heart disease, hypertension and in the case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients. When using the product, remember not to exceed the daily caffeine intake from all sources (maximum 400 mg) and a single dose of caffeine (maximum 200 mg). Do not combine the supplement with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with a similar effect, such as other dietary supplements, energy drinks or coffee. It is recommended to avoid consuming the product immediately before bedtime or within a few hours preceding sleep. Please be advised that after consumption, slight tingling or numbness may occur, which is related to the action of beta-alanine and is a temporary phenomenon that does not affect health.
Storage
After opening, the ampoule should be stored in the refrigerator, in a tightly closed container and consumed within gu 72 hours. The product should be stored out of reach of small children, at room temperature, in a closed package and in a dry place. Protect from direct sunlight. Any sediment or crystallization does not affect the quality of the product and is natural.
