Directions for use
Take 1-2 capsules daily after a meal. Biosterol® should be taken regularly. Due to its stimulating properties, it is recommended to take the product before 6 p.m. On training days, take 1 capsule with the last meal before training. When taking 2 capsules daily, take one capsule with each of two different meals.
