How to use
30g proglass (about 1 and ¼ measuring cups), dissolve in 200 ml of water. Consume in the morning, between meals or after training, one or twice a day depending on individual needs. Should be consumed immediately after preparation. The intensity of flavor can be adjusted to individual preferences by dissolving a portion in 150-250 ml.
