Usage:
Recommended daily dose: Dissolve 1 serving (25 g - 55 units = 1 and 3/4 scoops or 4 flat tablespoons) in 200 ml of water. Depending on the intensity and duration of exercise, consume once a day: before, during or after intense exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during the day. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
