Usage
Dissolve 1 serving in 500 ml of cold water. The product is slightly carbonated, so open the shaker from time to time to avoid pressure building up inside the bottle. On training days, use 30 minutes before training, preferably on an empty stomach.
Contraindications
It is not recommended for use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, children and people allergic to any of the product's ingredients. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to caffeine! Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
